Wellness at Work offers holistic retreat days and classes for individuals and corporations alike, where those can join a global community of like-minded people who are striving for connection amongst the chaos of work and life. The purpose of these classes is to create a vibrant network of people who both value and recognise the multifaceted nature which makes us so brilliantly complex and human.
I first experienced the benefits of holistic health practices when completing my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Northern Thailand. Through my practice of mindfulness, breathwork, meditation and other conscious living techniques I found I was able to perform better in both work and life. My work as a management consultant in the corporate world has placed further emphasis on the need for holistic employee care in order to achieve desired outcomes for both the individual and the community they are a part of. WaW offers classes of yoga, meditation and breathwork as well as retreat days where we explore the interdisciplinary factors that are key to achieving a balanced and fulfilling life. The purpose of these sessions is to build a resilient workforce that can respond mindfully to the challenges posed by volatile and unpredictable environments.
