Corporate Wellness Classes & Retreats
Wellness at Work offers yoga, breathwork, and meditation classes which are designed to provide colleagues with a much-needed break from their busy workdays, offering a chance to unwind, clear their headspaces, and realign. These sessions focus on gentle movement and stretches to improve posture and counteract the health issues associated with prolonged sitting. Breathwork exercises are incorporated to help reduce stress and anxiety, enhance focus, and even boost public speaking confidence. By creating intimate environments, these classes encourage colleagues to reconnect with themselves and each other, fostering clearer decision-making and stronger workplace rapports. Classes range from 30- 90 minutes which can be slotted into the working day however seems fit for your organisation.
